2. Contest Period 

The “PSAC Ontario $20 Incentive Campaign” (the “Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 11, 2026, and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Please read the full Contest rules and regulations below. 

3. Contest Eligibility 

Contestants must be at least the legal age of majority in Ontario and be a resident of Ontario at the time of Contest entry. This Contest is open to PSAC members in Ontario only who currently do not have home and auto policies with Orbit. 

4. How to Get a Quote and Receive a $20 Gift Card – Online and Phone 

To qualify for a $20 Gift Card, request a home or auto quote through the PSAC group page at orbit.ca/psac through “Get a Quote” and speaking to one of our brokers on the phone, or by calling Orbit at 1-800-267-6847 before this offer expires on August 31, 2026. 

Members requesting a quote (the “Requester”) must enter their first and last name, a valid email address, and phone number where they can be contacted, and their current home or auto policy information (“Mandatory Information”).  

If they complete a quote online, they must still review the quote with an Orbit broker on the telephone to be eligible to receive the gift card as a thank you.  

Anyone entering this promotional offer cannot request multiple quotes for the same insurance product throughout the term of this offer, or request for an existing Orbit policy to be requoted. Anyone obtaining quotes directly from any insurer associated with Orbit, will not be eligible for a complimentary gift card. No purchase necessary. 

5. General Conditions 

The gift cards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Any and all taxes on the gift card, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with the collection of the gift card are the responsibility of the recipient. No substitutions will be made for the gift card except at the discretion of Orbit who may substitute a thank you gift of equal or greater value in the event the current thank you gift is no longer available to Orbit. Orbit reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, suspend, cancel or modify all or part of the thank you offer, including the number of gift cards awarded, at any time and without notice if it determines that for any reason the offer cannot be run as originally planned, including, but not limited to, technical failure or corruption, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond Orbit’s control, which in Orbit’s opinion, compromises the fairness or integrity of the offer and/or affects the administration, security, or proper conduct of this offer. Failure to comply with Orbit’s terms and conditions may disqualify the requester from receiving the complimentary gift card. Orbit is not responsible for any referral and/or quote that is lost, late, damaged, destroyed, corrupted or misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or delayed by or on any computer, online telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing transmission or receipt of the referral and/or quote.  

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations, is void where prohibited by law, and is governed by Canadian law and the laws of the Provinces of Canada. If any provision of these rules is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

By participating in this Contest, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations and the rules and regulations set out by the prize providers. 

Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Orbit (as defined above) reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent as permitted by law. Orbit is not responsible for any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; failures or malfunctions of electronic data transmission, telephones, telephone lines or telephone systems, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of games, injuries or timing errors, electronic or equipment failure or other communication problems occurring in connection with participation in this Contest nor is it responsible for any transmission of viruses from any Orbit website to a computer system or if any whole entry system crashes resulting in the Contest being cancelled or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise.   

Orbit will not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest, including, but not limited to, the contestant’s information (including Mandatory Information) entered into the Contest by any person, including, but not limited to, a customer service representative. 

All entries become the property of Orbit upon receipt and will not be returned. By entering this Contest, contestants agree to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy found at www.orbitinsuranceservices.ca/privacy-policy. When contestants participate in a Contest, Orbit may keep a record of the information, responses, or any opinions volunteered, without reference to their identity, to calculate the Contest results on its respective websites or in other media, such as business documents or leaflets sent to members. Collection of information, including name, address, phone number(s) and email address under this Contest is strictly for the purposes of administering this Contest and providing any materials or information requested by the contestant. Orbit will use the personal information the contestant submits for the purposes of contacting a contestant and for a no-obligation quote and sending out their thank you gift card.  

If the contestant requests marketing information about Orbit products and services, Orbit may send the marketing information to the contestant’s e-mail address, residential address or as otherwise directed by the contestant. Personal information will not be shared with outside parties. If anyone wishes to receive marketing materials from Orbit, or if anyone does not want to receive marketing materials after consenting to do so, they can contact an Orbit representative at 1-800-267-6847 or by e-mail at marketing@Orbit.ca, or they can opt out of any electronic messages by clicking on the opt-out option. Note: all telephone calls are recorded for quality assurance.

6. Prize Details 

After the quote process has been successfully completed, (as described above) Orbit will advise Tango to send the requester a “Tango Card Reward Link” email via a secure FTP site. Requesters who successfully complete the quoting process, and who are eligible for a gift card will receive an email from Tango with their “Tango Card” valued at $20 Canadian (email includes redemption instructions). To complete the reward process, requesters will click on the redemption URL link in the email, to take them to the Reward Link website to select the gift card(s) they would like to receive. 

Requesters can allocate their $20 balance to as many gift card options as they would like for a combined total of $20, or they can use the full balance of $20 for one gift card. For example, $10 can be applied to an Amazon.ca gift card and $10 to an Esso gift card. The requester will receive their gift card(s) by email with redemption instructions. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the eligible requester by email from Tango. Members must provide a valid email address in order to receive their gift card. Gift cards will only be delivered electronically and not by any other means of delivery. Please allow five (5) business days for delivery of the gift card(s) save and except for any unforeseen events such as, but not limited to, a weather event, postal or courier strike, flood, fire, war, break out of disease, quarantine, hydro outage, service provider problems. Gift cards can only be used in Canada. 

Gift cards fall under the rules and regulations, terms and conditions of each company issuing the gift card, as amended from time to time. Orbit, Tango or the companies issuing the gift cards will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards or gift cards that have expired with a balance remaining on them after they have been delivered to the requesters, or any fees or charges associated with gift cards in any way. Gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or reimbursed if lost, stolen or misplaced. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of gift cards will require payment by the user by some other method for the balance due. 

If the online quote is not completed properly, and/or if the requester does not review the quote with an Orbit broker, or if the gift card selection is not completed properly, then the requester entering the promotion will not be eligible for the gift card. 

When completing the quote, complete all fields and submit your information, and then speak with an Orbit broker on the telephone to review your quote and mention this offer. 

A maximum of one $20 award per household per email address will be provided if eligibility requirements are met. Requester must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of Ontario, and an active or retired member of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC). This offer is not available to employees, directors and trustees of Orbit and Orbit’s affiliated companies (which, individually and collectively are hereinafter referred to as “Orbit”), and members of their respective immediate families and/or anyone with whom the Orbit employees, directors and trustees are domiciled. 

To be eligible for this promotion, a member of the household must not have received a physical or electronic gift card from Orbit for completing an auto or home insurance quote through Orbit within the last six (6) months. This offer is only valid on quotes for policies expiring in the next sixty (60) days. 

In the event of a dispute, entries may be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is considered the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  

Orbit reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, suspend, cancel, amend or modify all or part of the Contest, in any manner and any rule(s) of the Contest, at any time and without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever or if it determines that for any reason the Contest cannot be run as originally planned, including, but not limited to, technical failure or corruption, computer virus, bugs, computer, electronic or system malfunction, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other factor(s) or cause(s) beyond Orbit’s control which in Orbit’s opinions compromise the fairness or integrity of the Contest and/or affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these official rules. Under this section, Orbit is not obligated to award any prize to any selected contestant. 

Failure to comply with these Contest rules and regulations may result in disqualification from the Contest at any time. 

Orbit is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, damaged, destroyed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or delayed by any computer, online telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries. 

Orbit and any of their parents, affiliates, agents, and contractors, including advertising, sponsoring and promotional agencies, and their directors, trustees, officers and employees expressly disclaim and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any loss or damage in respect to any prize howsoever caused, any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or the neglect or default of any company or person providing any service for the Contest, whether through providers negligence or otherwise, or due to cancellations, adverse weather conditions, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical due to any Acts of God, force majeure or third party wrong doing, epidemic, social or political disturbances or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the Contest and the use of the prize by the winner or person(s) sharing any winner’s prize.
